We can post to anywhere within Australia.

 

How long until I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed the next business day after being received. Orders are then sent via Star Track or Australia Post and can take up to 7 business days to arrive.

 

How do I return a faulty product?

Please contact our support team via e-mail with your faulty product claim.

Can I exchange my product?

If you have ordered or been shipped an incorrect item, (i.e. incorrect colour headphones) please contact us via e-mail stating your online order number. Exchanges can be issued, provided the product has not been opened.
