Pioneer UDP-LX500 earns prestigious EISA 2019-2020 award

Pioneer is pleased to announce that the UDP-LX500 has been chosen by EISA (the Expert Imaging And Sound Association) as the Best Universal Player 2019-2020.

Selected by a panel of international judges drawn from 55 specialist consumer electronics magazines and websites from 29 countries, the panel’s criteria were to identify products that offered a combination of the most advanced technology and desirable features, together with class-leading performance.

In short, EISA recognises the features most likely to be appreciated by an enthusiast seeking high quality and outstanding facilities. Award winners are judged to be the very best in their respective classes.

This is not the first time that the quality, innovation and performance of Pioneer products have found favour with EISA judges. As recently as 2018-2019, for instance, the A-40AE scooped ‘Best Buy Amplifier’ while the VSX-933 received the award for ‘Best Home Theatre Receiver’.
